I had a box sent to my daughter at…

I had a box sent to my daughter at college that she never received. My customer service rep explained how to change address and sent out a replacement box asap. Fab Fir Fun is amazing

This company is incredible

This company is incredible. I had a small issue with my order being incorrect and they handled it in a timely and professional manner. They took the time to make sure it was resolved with terrific communication and care. I will definitely continue my yearly membership!

I am so disappointed by the Fall box

I am so disappointed by the 2022 Fall box I received. Bowls, measuring cups, and dryer balls. Seriously? I used to get so excited to receive this each season but now it is a game of will my box be okay or just straight sad. Just more items I’m going to have to give away. It is not worth the money AT ALL. You are better off buying the products on their own. This is my 4th year using the service and the boxes used to be amazing, I don’t understand what happened.

FabFitFun is my favorite subscription service hands down. I have ZERO complaints with every side of FabFitFun! I have recommended to everyone, I do mean everyone, from family, my employees & even strangers.

My fall box was a disaster when it arrived at my house! The shampoo had been opened and everything inside was soaked! They replaced the shampoo.

Lost my box items out of stock

Shipping company lost my box. I'm sure it was stolen because it's written all over it a fff box. Now what I wanted is out of stock! I had to pick something else I didn't want. She gave me a $10 credit for a fall item. I needed items in this box for a trip. By the time I get it I will be back from the trip. I pd for a year in advance and can't wait to be done. Won't renew

Self love made easy!

I absolutely love everything FFF! Being able to customize the box makes it so much more personal, FFF finds a way to cater to each and every one of us. I'm so happy with my subscription.
The sales that occur in between the boxes are amazing as well, I'm always trying something new. I love to share with friends and family through birthdays and random presents, they are always happy with their gifts.
Also the customer service is A+, I have always received quick and positive responses.

Unsubscribe

I was aggravated that I had to unsubscribe. Then I kept getting billed and receiving emails. Jett took care of that. I shouldn't be billed or emailed anymore.

When you order regular items from the "shop" do they ship right away?

Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
